Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Kernersville Driving School! We’re excited to help you on your journey to becoming a confident and skilled driver. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Lessons Advance Booking: We recommend booking your lessons at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time and instructor. Online Booking: Book your lessons online through our website or app for convenience. 2. Payment Policy - Payment in Full: Payment for lesson packages must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online payment systems. - Package Deals: Package rates are available for multiple lessons and must be used within [specify time frame, e.g., 6 months] from the date of purchase. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations 24-Hour Notice Required: To reschedule or cancel a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $75. No-Show Policy: If you miss a scheduled lesson without prior notice, class if forfeited. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. 4. Punctuality Arrive On Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson time. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time or forfeiture of the lesson if the instructor’s schedule is affected. 5. Instructor Preferences Instructor Requests: While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred instructor, we cannot guarantee availability. Instructors are assigned based on availability and your individual needs. 6. Safety and Conduct Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to your lesson. Safety is our top priority. Conduct: We expect all students to adhere to respectful and professional conduct. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of lessons. 7. Refunds and Transfers Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused lessons. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may offer a credit towards future lessons at our discretion. Transfers: Lesson packages are non-transferable to other individuals.
